The time is now to transform your marketing efforts and your marketing team

As a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience, I have not only been able to adapt to changes in technology but have led organizations and teams through digital transformation. I specialize in managing people successfully while staying true to top priorities: meeting customer expectations, improving customer and employee experiences and achieving company objectives. My commitment to client and target action plans and belief that digital transformation is imperative for marketing success drives my passion. I believe it's an absolute necessity to adapt, or obsolescence is inevitable. Combined with my focus on team management skills and documented problem-solving abilities, I have ensured, that the teams I work with and the companies I work for, succeed.

The power of branding is undeniable. A successful brand marketing strategy targets audiences through strategic storytelling across their entire communications program - from advertising to social media platforms - in an effort not only to identify but establish yourself as the go-to source for your industry's needs!
The inbound marketing plan I developed and launched included a comprehensive branding effort, a social media strategy to engage our target audience through content creation, and a website re-launch. My work included creating an identity system with approved colors representing us well online, in traditional media and stationary, and on social media platforms like LinkedIn.
While at Delaware North, I coordinated and led the development and launch of the rebranding of the 100-year-old company. This effort included redeveloping and deploying the company's positioning and brand-level communication messages, including all of the efforts noted and shown below.
When a brand becomes outdated, it can lose effectiveness, and people may not identify with the company as much. That's why you should rebrand from time to time for your business to remain competitive while also building up customer loyalty by staying fresh through regular updates on what makes them different from their competitors!
New brand guidelines for photography, brand voice, and visual application for the logo were developed and shared globally. A digital asset management system (DAM) was also implemented to ensure brand consistency.
Extending that re-branding to the 50,000 employees the company required to operate was facilitated through developing the first-ever Employer Branding effort.
Initiated and launched the Global 100th Anniversary Activities for Delaware North: Proud Past Inspired Future. These efforts marked the most extensive use of digital tools in an integrated campaign in the company's 100-year history and included a series of infographics.
Launching the new brand included moving into a new global, corporate headquarters.
