DELAWARE NORTH- Global Hospitality Company

As part of the global roll-out of the re-branding of the company, I Co-Chaired global 100-Anniversary efforts. Over 100 days, beginning in August through November, Delaware North celebrated the 100th anniversary through special events at more than 200 locations worldwide. This effort, called 100 Days Around Our World, focused on what makes Delaware North special, including the people, places, and partnerships. Our efforts marked the most extensive use of digital tools in an integrated campaign in the company's 100-year history. The results included the development of an employee advocacy hashtag that is still in use today, along with increased website visits and millions of social media mentions. 109 locations / 20,000 associates / 2.5 million social media impressions over 100 days .

Re-branding and re-defining

Projects & Accomplishments:
  • Lead corporate and location and subsidiary-specific website development projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Lead development and launch of global Intranet project with on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Contributed to 25% growth in business through the development of an eCommerce department and participation in business development and acquisition proposals and presentations.
  • Developed and executed a plan for worldwide administration of over 400 previously decentralized social media accounts while training a team of 100+ local social media users.
  • Developed a robust global social media strategy.
  • Completed the selection (RFP) and launch of a global digital asset management system (DAM).
  • Completed research, interviews, and the strategic and creative development of a global Employer Brand (EVP).
